“Respect your environment”-Keep in mind that human health depends upon the health of a lot of interconnected ecosystems and the planet as a whole.  Make choices that respect that reality.

 

SWIM WOD:       For time:

                                25 yds. Back stroke

                                25 freestyle stroke

                                25 breast stroke

                                5 pool muscle ups

                                50 back stroke

                                50 freestyle stroke

                                50 breast stroke

                                5 pool muscle ups

                                75 back stroke

                                75 freestyle stroke

                                75 breast stroke

                                5 pool muscle ups

                                100 back stroke

                                100 freestyle stroke

                                100 breast stroke

                                5 pool muscle ups

 

                                 

 

WOD:    3 Rounds for time of:

                200m Run

                25 pull ups

                50 double unders

                25 push ups

                200m run

                25 Squats

 

Next weekend, November 5th-6th, after Saturday mornings’ WOD we are driving south near Anza to ride dirt bikes and camp overnight.   The invite is extended to all of you.  The track is called The Ranch.  Directions here.  Hit us up with any questions.  And if you don’t ride, this is a good excuse for a quick overnight camp, campfire stories, and maybe an introduction to riding.
