WOD:  “Brenton”

                5 Rounds for time of

                100 ft. Bear Crawl

                100 ft. Broad jump (every 5th jump do 3 burpees)

Durability:           50 Levers

                                50 sit ups

                                50 Flutter Kicks (4 count)

Today’s WOD looked easy on the board, but soon reality came burning into your legs and the bear came out to fight.  Very awesome today team!
