“Redirect your resources”-Take some of the money you’re spending on unhealthy distraction, consolations and indulgences, and re-route it toward your healthy-living priorities instead.

 

 

WOD:    Tabata

Due to forecast weather conditions this weekend, we’ve decided to postpone the camp/dirt bike riding trip this weekend.  We’ll try again in the future.  But for those still wanting to ride dirt bikes, we’ll go to the local track tomorrow after the morning WOD.  Join us in the good times.  We’ve got extra gear and bikes for those wanting to learn.
