WOD:    2 Rounds for time:

 

                Crawl with dumb bells 11 meters

                Hang squat clean dumb bells 11 reps

                Run suicide 11 meters 11 reps

                Inverted pull ups 11 reps

                Swing kettle bell 11 reps

                Toss the wall ball 11 reps

                Inch worm 11 meters

              kNees to cheeks 11 reps

                Elevated push-ups 11 reps
