WOD:    Monday make up

 

Awesome job this morning!  Don’t forget about Terresa’s ass-kickin-boot-scootin-ho-down tonight.  If you go, have a drink for me.  I’ve got kid duty…

 

Monday kicks off The Challenge.  I think all the challengers have their “pre-WOD” finished so the next step is just to shape up and make awesome choices.  Have a plan, prepare your food and the rest will take care of itself.  We’ve tried to set you up with all the info you’ll need to create a plan and follow it.  Please Keep It Simple.  Don’t try to read into it, fudge through it, or “game it”.  Just follow the protocol, as written and enjoy the experience.  Hopefully we all learn something and become better in the end.
