Two weeks into The Challenge and you guys are doing pretty awesome. Keep up the food logs. Thanks for sharing all of the great pictures too! And whoever borrowed one of the cookbooks from the gym, please return it for others to reference.
A reminder about signing up for classes. Everybody needs to sign up to reserve their spot. Some of you are great at this and some of you totally suck. Blatant disregard for the rules or just plain ole’ laziness? We place limits on the class size for a reason. If you are unable to sign up and you “drop in”, no problem as long as the class isn’t full. If the class is full, don’t be upset if the coach makes you wait for the next class. Hopefully you didn’t just miss the last class of the evening.
