Warm up:

                1000m Row

                30 Squats

                30 Pull ups

 

WOD:    5 Rounds for time of:

                200m Run (forwards)

                100m Run (backwards)

                15 Thrusters

 

Durability:

                Death by Wall ball 2-fers

CAPTION TIME!  Hmmm, so many things to say…tight hips?, a little.  Tight shoulders?, yeah.  Tight wrist, check.  Some flexion may ease the strain on Will’s face…Not trying to pick on Will, but he’s a good sport and the resident firebreather.  It’s scary to think how much stronger he’d be with some flexibility.  So, CAPTION TIME!!!  POST CAPTIONS TO COMMENTS.
