WOD:    For time with a team:

                20 Calorie Row

                20 KB push press

                50 Double unders

                20 Box jumps

                20 Wall balls

                20 Bench press

                3 Rope ascents

 

Performed in a train-like fashion, one person starting while others follow through the circuit, time starts with first person on the rower and ends with last person finishing the rope climbs. 

 

 

 

Meliny had a Birthday over the weekend!  Happy Birthday!  Nice box jumps!

 

 

12 weeks to go and Tristen is still dominating the WODS!  Totally awesome!
