Warm up:

                800 m Row

                2 min max reps of:

                Sit ups

                Push ups

                Squats

 

WOD:    3 Rounds for time of:

                20 Wall Ball 2-for-1’s

                20 Double unders

Wall Ball 2-for-1 is two squats for every one throw.  Move fast…  Great job everybody!

Ryan had awesome squats.  One must move quickly to get this deep and back up before the ball smokes you.  Awesome work!
