Warm up:            5 min Jumping Jacks

                                10 pistols each leg

                                10 renegade man makers

WOD:    3 Rounds for Max Reps in one minute of:

                Burpees

                Box Jumps

                Mountain climbers

                Double Unders

                Rest one minute

Each movement lasts one minute add all the reps together for total score.  Fight Gone Bad style!
