POOL WOD:  4 Rounds for Distance

         5 minute effort

         3 minute rest

 

 

Warm up: 

500 m Row

10 Squats

10 Pull ups

10 Sit ups

10 Push ups

10 Dips

10 HSPU

20 Double unders

Dynamic Stretching

 

Skill:     1 Straight legged dead lift on the minute for 10 minutes increasing weight every minute

               

WOD:   “Tyler”

                5 Rounds for time of:

                7 Muscle ups

                21 SDHP #95

Juan was the only taker this morning at the pool.  Great job Juan!  You’re getting more relaxed in the water and getting stronger every day.  We highly encourage all of you to learn new skills and expand your comfort zone.  Don’t simply “pass through” Life,  LIVE IT UP!  Get out there and attack each day with a vengeance.
