WOD:   “Angie”

                For time:

                100 pull ups

                100 push ups

                100 sit ups

                100 squats

 

 

Angie was hard on Anthony and left him blistered…but he perservered and finished her off.

 

 

Matt had fast push ups

 

 

Mike showed the “young ones” how it’s done

 

 

Nick and Shaun pushin em out.
