Warm up:

                10 min jump rope

                30 ft. bear crawl

                30 ft. crab walk

                30 ft burpee broad jump

                PVC

 

WOD:  “Barbara” 5 rounds for time with a 3 min rest between rounds

                20 pull ups

                30 push ups

                40 sit ups

                50 squats

 

 

Susan got a nice torn hand from “Barbara”.  Welcome to the club!  Woohoo!

 

 

This is how Barbara makes you feel, all frazzled and unable to focus…be careful, you just may puke if you push hard enough.
