Skill:  1 RM Weighted Pull-up

WOD:  “Deck of Cards”

Pull-ups

Push-ups

Sit-ups

Squats

Run 400 Meters

 

Everybody put on their poker face for this WOD and split the pot equally.  There was blood shed, blisters, sweat and smiles.  Sounds fun right!?  Most definitely for this crew!  Charles, Marcy, David, Nick, Will and Shawn all drew royal flushes.
