Warm up:

20 Burpees

10 Wall balls

20 Sit ups

                 

WOD:

                3 min Row for cal

                3 min Box jumps

                3 min Double unders

                Rest 1 min

2 min Row for cal

                2 min Box jumps

                2 min Double unders

                Rest 30 sec

                1 min Row for cal

                1 min Box jumps

                1 min Double unders

You get 10 seconds transition time between movements.  Tally up reps/calories for totals.
