Easy swim for 10 minutes for a warm up and then get after it. The underwater lengths really started to add up and take a toll on the mind. Oxygen deprivation does some neat things to you.

10 Jumping lunges alternate legs
Everybody stayed pretty close in the pool except for Ryan “los peces” dominated everybody. Nice work!
