POOL WOD:        15 min AMRAP

                                25 yd under-water

                                25 yd above-water

                Easy swim for 10 minutes for a warm up and then get after it.  The underwater lengths really started to add up and take a toll on the mind.  Oxygen deprivation does some neat things to you. 

WARM UP:         50 Double Unders

25 Med Ball Cleans

                                20 sit ups

                                10 HSPU              

                                10 Pull ups

WOD:    5 Rounds for time:

100 ft Overhead barbell carry 135#

                10 Jumping lunges alternate legs

                10 Pushups

Everybody stayed pretty close in the pool except for Ryan “los peces” dominated everybody.  Nice work!

Peyton was totally awesome in the water.  Following in his Dad’s wake.
