Warm up:  While holding one wisely chosen sand bag…

                10 minutes sand bag get ups

                10 squat clean and jerk with sand bag

                10 wt. sit ups with sand bag…ok put down the sand bag then

                10 pull ups

                50 double unders

                Mobility

 

WOD:   3 Rounds for time of:

                20 Cal Row

                20 Thrusters #115

                2 Rope ascents

 

Super awesome work today!  It was nice to have Jeremiah drop in for the WOD.  He is visiting for the Holiday and had dropped in back in October.  This guy kicks ass!
