Warm up:

                Jog 400 m

                25 lunges

                10 sit ups

                10 back extensions

                Hollow rock 3 min

                Handstand walk practice

 

WOD:   3 Rounds for time of:

                100 Double unders

                15 OHS #95

                15 Pull ups

                200 m Run

Subing Burpees for Double Unders (Crazy huh?!), Jake really has a spirited jump for every burpee.  He totally rocked the WOD doing super burpees and strict pull-ups.
