Warm up:

                10 minutes double under practice

                100 air squats

                3 Rounds of:

                  25 Hip extensions

                  25 Hallow rocks

 

WOD:

                Row 2K for time

 

Today Susan had an awesome day in the box, setting new PR’s for her double unders, squats and the row!  Great Job!
