POOL WOD:        For Time:

                                Swim 1K yds.

                                10 “pool muscle ups” every 100 yds.

 

 

Warm Up:           Obstacle course

 

WOD:    For time:

50 Wall balls

                40 Pull ups

                30 Dips

                20 Hang power snatch

                10 Burpees

                20 Push press

                30 KBS

                40 Box jumps

                50 Double unders

The pool WOD this morning was a nice long challenge.  The “muscle ups” actually broke up the laps nicely and helped the time pass.  We encourage all of you to try to make it out and swim sometime.  Good clean fun.
