                                10 Knees to elbows

                                10 Back extensions

                                20 Sit ups

                                20 Flutters

 

Skill:       Deadlift

 

WOD:    AMRAP in 15 minutes

                5 Deadlift #155

                7 Bent over DB rows #25

                10 KBS #44
