This was a neat workout today with a very progressive intensitiy curve. By the end of your workout, things got very interesting. Everybody did awesome. This movement integrates the entire body and really taxes you. The concentration and coordination required; long pull and explosive foot motion really hit your nervous system. The full cleans we did work the hips, back, legs, shoulders, arms and core. All this combined really stimulates a neuroendocrine response on top of the muscular stimulation. In essence, this movement will make you stronger, quicker, better balanced, more agile and sore. Good times!!! Nick, Dave, Scott, Tristen, Caleb, Renee, Matt S. all came in and just dominated the gym. Matt K. joined us for the first time and hammered out the Intro WOD in record fashion. We hope to see him back soon.
