WOD:    For Time-

17 Squat/Roll/Box Jump

                17 K2E

                17 Squats

                17 Sit Ups

                17 Lunges

                17 Pull Ups

                17 Squats

                17 Push Ups

                17 K2E

                17 HSPU

Anthony, Tristen, Michael, and Marcy all came in today and did great.  This looked easy on the board but grimaced faces soon told a different story.  Everyone did an awesome job!
