Anthony, Tristen, Nick, Shawn, Scott, and Dave all gave their best effort and found out just how BAD ASS the CrossFit Games competitors are. This WOD was no joke. Arms and shoulders really felt heavy at the end. Nice way to kick ass on a Monday! We had two new ladies, RoseAnn and Sharon complete the intro WOD. Great job ladies!
