Anthony, Caleb, Renee and RoseAnn started off the day with awesome numbers. Matt S. and Marjorie came in and raised the bar even higher. Marjorie could do double unders in her sleep and she knocked out the most rounds…Until Dave and Matt K. had their turn. Dave took on the challenge and smashed everyone for the day. He was the hammer today! The double unders seemed to be crux of the WOD and most people got pretty frustrated. Some practice is in order…The wall balls delivered as always and the dead lifts rounded it all out nicely.
