2 Muscle ups

6 Squats
Caleb is a virtual chair. He held the wall sit for 9 minutes!!! That has to be some kind of record. And Will held a 3 minute plank and probably stopped because he was bored or something. But after all the fun, the WOD was very challenging. Most of us don’t have muscle up’s yet so we sub 3 pull-ups/3 dips for one muscle-up. Caleb having just recently learned the muscle up tackled the WOD as RX’d and did awesome!
