Today we had 6 people come in and do the Intro WOD! Everybody did really well and earned gold stars! A bunch of our athletes substituted today’s WOD with a rock climbing outing at the local crags. Nice way to mix it up guys! The rest of the crew hammered Fight Gone Bad for the first time. FGB is a classic CrossFit WOD that leaves one feeling like they were just in a fight, which went bad…But the workout was very good.
We’d like to Thank Marjorie for spending some of her time with us this summer. She’s a great person, a super athlete, and overall “cool drink of water on a hot summer day”. Have fun back at school and keep in touch. Good Luck with any and all your ventures. It was great getting to know you.
