WOD:  3 Rounds for time

200m Run

12 Kettlebell Snatch

12 Toes to Bar

Another WOD from Saturdays NPL event.

Scott had great KB Snatch form, which means strong midline stability.  Keep that core tight at the top!

ZOINKS!  The resident “motivator” you will obey.

Why’s he blue?  Maybe Will’s power and energy output warped the color spectrum so as to play trickery on the modern marvels of digital imaging…that would be cool.
