WOD:    10 Rounds for time

10 Thrusters

5 Ring push ups

5 Pull ups

We split the WOD today.  Everybody that missed yesterday completed yesterdays’ WOD and did extremely well.  Nice job indeed!

Today’s WOD was a grueling “chipper”, meaning you just chipped away at it one rep at a time.  About halfway through, the mind really starts to falter and you want to quit.  It feels like you can’t go any more, but you can.  It was awesome watching you guys push through that barrier.  Everybody finished, very close to one another and I think everybody felt that time, when they didn’t think they would be able to finish.  Really, really good efforts and very important mental conditioning from today’s workout.  Now get some rest.  It’s important to eat right, drink lots and lots of water and try to sleep some

Danielle brings nice style to the WOD with a smartly placed sly slip of the bird.  LOL! Nice work Danielle!

Great extension Tristen

Scott goes deep into the bottom of the thruster.  This is not easy…this is spectacular
