WOD:    90 sec jump rope

50 wall ball

50 push ups

50 sit ups

90 sec jump rope

30 wall ball

30 push ups

30 sit ups

90 sec jump rope

10 wall ball

10 push ups

10 sit ups

Today was an awesome Monday!  Welcome Meliny!  She came in today and joined right in on the fun.  Great job kicking off the week. 

Peyton on his way to 90 push ups!  Really awesome! 

“though she be but little, she is fierce”… (Shakespeare A Midsummer Nights Dream)  This is a look of determination that will get results.  Keep it up Renee.  Very Inspiring.

Give it everything you have and you cannot, will not, do not lose.  This is all that matters, don’t leave anything left for doubt.  Sometimes it’s difficult to open yourself up to give this kind of effort.  To “expose” to yourself what you’re made of takes a lot of self-confidence and desire.  One must “check your ego at the door”.  But those who take the chance to see what’s inside, are enlightened with awe inspiring results.  Respect…
