This WOD is courtesy of CrossFit CDR. Today was girls against guys, and the girls won! It’s interesting to see how different ones energy levels are at different times of the day. Today was an early morning group WOD only and the athlete’s that trained usually train in the afternoon and evenings. When one trains at the same time of day continuously, the body adapts to having energy ready for that specific time. It’s good to mix it up and “trick” yourself. Try WOD’S at different times.
