Courtesy of CF main site. What a nice challenge the Turkish get ups are! This was everyone’s first experience with the TGU and the Sotts press. This combo blasts the entire body, especially the shoulders and core. Everybody did an outstanding job. Susan finished up her Foundations today and will be hammering the WODS with the rest of us now.
Ryan was on pace for the quickest time of the day, but just missed it.
Dave had great TGU form. He smashed the WOD today!
