Yep, today was Tabata Tuesday! The warm up hammered your abs hard and the WOD was gnarly. It was funny watching each athlete try to choose their movement for the WOD. It’s a tough choice and nobody likes picking something difficult, yet everything on the list becomes a big challenge during Tabata work. Never the less, everybody made the correct choices and everybody kicked ass! We had Nick K. stop by for his Free Intro workout and he joined in on the Tabata Fun. He smashed it!
