Happy B-Day from your CrossFit HiDef team!!!  Today we had Sonja visiting from CrossFit in Houston and she totally brought it!  She brought some awesome energy and enthusiasm to the box and showed most of the guys how to do it.  Nice work!  A big shout out to Susan for starting the Paleo diet.  Anybody else interested in the Paleo or Zone?  Please ask us for information.  Alright guys lets smash it this week!  See you tomorrow.
