This Saturday, the CrossFit Community is supporting the Fight Gone Bad 5 fundraiser, so we thought we’d pay a little tribute since none of our athlete’s are actually participating. We got a late start, next time we’ll try to assemble a push to participate in this community event. All of the funds raised are donated to worthwhile causes.
Fight Gone Bad is normally done for 3 rounds, so we modified it to 5 rounds for a bonus! Great work everybody! For most of us, this was our first experience with FGB, and won’t be forgotten anytime soon. Pukie even stopped by to visit at the very end… Super effort from all of you. Be proud!
