WOD:   For time:

                200 Double unders

                1000 m Run

                1 Leg blaster

                1000 m Run

                50 Body blasters

                1000 m Run

Everybody did outstanding today.  This was a tough chipper following yesterdays FGB but “ya’ll dun good”.  Be proud, drink water, eat, get some sleep and we’ll see you tomorrow!

P.S.  Sorry, no pictures… forgot the camera.  I know, I know, 20 burpee punishment.
