Reminder that tomorrow, Saturday, we’ll be heading to CJ and Chad’s place for an “out-of-box” spring fling fun time.  Details are at the gym.  Hope to see you there!

Yes the box has been a little scattered, dirty and in dis-array lately during construction.  And we appreciate your understanding as things settle into place, but it appears a word on House Cleaning has come up. Please pick up after yourself.  Your coaches should not need to pick up your trash, your water bottles, your equipment or clothes.  Please put things back where you found them, use the trash can and check for lost and/or left-behind items.  I know sometimes we are rushed to get going and may forget something, or maybe you smashed the WOD so hard you can’t think straight (hopefully) but we’re all part of the family here.  Thanks!

WOD:  EMOM x 10 minutes,

Odd: 5 Hang Power Clean

Even: 3-5 HSPU then,

AMRAP in 12 minutes:

70 Double Undersimage

50 Burpees

30 Clusters

10 Muscle Ups
