WOD: Clean & Jerk, work up to heavy single (1RM for the day) then,
Min 1) 20 Double Unders + 1 C&J
Min 2) 20 Double Unders + 2 C&J
Min 3) 20 Double Unders + 3 C&J
Etc… Continue adding 1 rep C&J each minute until unable to complete within minute.
