Alright guys, good week. Tomorrow morning is 15.5. This years final CF Games Open workout and it’s a doozy. All of you are capable of finishing this workout. This is also actually a good test. This will test your “engine” and it will test your mettle. So eat good tonight, sleep well, and be ready.
In the morning, drink some coffee, have a light easily digestible breakfast and get here ready to dig your heals in and fight. Fight for a time that you want to get. Fight the inner voice that tells you to drop the bar. Fight the burn that screams from your legs and chest. Fight to push farther and harder than you thought was possible. Fight to upgrade your mindset.
