20 minute AMRAP of:

3 Underwater rolls

50 yd swim

30 second rest

WOD:  Get warm, it’s cold outside.  Where did summer go anyway?

8 minute AMRAP of:

10 Ball Slams

15 Push press

20ft. Sled Push
