WOD:  Take a nap, eat a cookie (paleo of course), rest a bit longer, sample another cookie (thanks John!) then some heavy-ass pullups.

"Hey, ah, you got something hangin out a bit there." Bells this big require strong pulling power, and a funny walk... Mad Respect Matt.

5 Deadlifts

5 Floor Presses

5 Hang Squat   Cleans
