If anybody is looking for something to do tomorrow, Saturday, after the morning WOD, head on down to Garden Grove for the NLI Competition.  Get down there and cheer on the athlete’s.  We’ve got a few from our team competing.  These events are usually pretty laid back and fun.  This will be a new venue and it looks pretty interesting.  Hope to see you there!

Here’s just another example of why you should “let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” (Hippocrates)  The good news is you are on the team that does this!  Just follow the nutrition protocal, get your butt in for the WODs, immerse yourself in the paradigm, do your homework and smile. 

POOL WOD:  100yds kick 100yds pull then,

12 Rounds 50yd sprint on every 1:30

 

WOD:  Back squat to find 90% 1 RM then

3 Rounds for time of:

5 Squats @ 80%

5 Box Jumps

10 Squats @ 70% 

10 Box Jumps

15 Squats @ 60%

15 Box Jumps
