John B. (Good) got his first pullups today.  Wendy got a legit “from the bottom” pullup also,  Dave S. (neighbor Dave) got pullups also.  Congratulations guys!  These are awesome accomplishments.  Sorry we missed the photo shots.

WOD:  5 Jerk Balance practice each leg

5 Jerk Push press practice each leg

5 Sets of 2 Front squats + 1 Thruster increasing to max for the day then,

5 Rounds for total calories:

1 minute Max effort row042114result

1 minute Rest
