Tomorrow is day 30 of the current Whole 30. We encourage all of you to continue the process. If you’ve followed the Whole 30 as intended, now may be the time to think about what foods you’d like to try to re-introduce and develop a plan to do just that. If you’d like help, ask your coach. Remember that this is a chance to learn about your body and what it does/does not agree with. For many, 30 days is just a start. If you’ve always eaten a Standard American Diet (SAD), it has taken a lifetime of poor food exposure to bring you to where you are. 30 Days may not be quite long enough to make changes. But it’s a start. Keep it going.
P.S. Some folks have ponied up and committed to continuing for another 30 days. Whole 60! Anybody else?
This Saturday we’ll be doing Hotshots 19 workout to honor the fallen fire crew. This is a great tribute to a wonderful and brave group of people. Here within our Hi-Def family are many fire fighters and we honor all of them. Let’s do it!
