We have finished up our latest strength/power cycle and are now in full on test mode. This week and next week will have many tests so be ready to ooze Awesome! When it’s test day, push yourself past what you thought you could do. Dig deep and get uncomfortable.
We will be closed this Friday and Saturday. We recommend that you rest this weekend. This has been a long 9 week cycle with four test days in a row this week. You need to rest. Don’t worry, you’ll get stronger from it. Get some active recovery in one day by way of an easy hike, walk, or bike ride in nature or play with your kids. Don’t crush it. Don’t get out of breath. Just easy, peasy fun recovery. Rest up, more hard work next week…
