Here’s the plan.  Tomorrow, Sunday, Noon till four (12:00-4:00) at Capain John’s in Big Bear.  Come and play.

WOD:  With a partner, 2 Rounds for total reps:  

Wall Ball

SDHP

Box Jump

Push Press

Row (calories)

1 minute work, 1 minute rest, then move to next fun spot. 

Partner A works for 1 minute at station while Partner B rests.  Partner B then completes 1 minute work at station while Partner A rests.  Once both team members finish a station, move to the next and repeat sequence for two rounds.
