Next Saturday, December 15th at 4:00 P.M. is the Holiday Party. Bring the family! This will be potluck style. Sign up for a dish at the gym. There will be a gift exchange also, if you’d like to participate, bring a gift to the party. Be sure to wear your favorite sweater, and be ready to chill out with good people.

Farmers carry 100m
Row 3000 meters
Score is your time to complete the 3k row plus ball slam reps.
One person is at each station. When the farmer carry returns, rotate stations. Continue this cycle until your team complete’s the 3k row.
