WOD:  In Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

3 Pull ups

6 Knees-to-Elbow

12 KBS

18 Flutter kicks011814result

One person completes a round, one person rests holding an empty barbell.  Switch each round.  3 Burpee penalty for both teammates if the barbell touches the ground.
