WOD: With a team of 4 complete for time:
120 Wall Balls
then
200 Shoulder to overhead
300 KBS
Rest
then
240 Air Squats
The wall balls and air squats bookend the center portion of the WOD and are done as a rotation with one team member working at a time. Rotate teammates until finished. The middle section is completed as each person is working at a specific task. When the Runner returns, rotate positions.
