Pet Goat!? This guy came to watch the WOD.

 

WOD:  Simulate your best olympic row boat strategy, blast your abs, do a bunch of everybodies favorite excercise then:

With a team of 4 complete for time:

200m Bobsled race
200 squats
160 push ups
100 pull ups
200m Bobsled race
Two people resting, one person holding plate overhead, one person working reps at station.  Rotate as you wish.
